Within the dynamics of business life, a team's ability to increase its success and to work productively and with high motivation is closely linked to which qualities its members bring to the fore.

In this program, using Harrison's Paradox Technology, members are enabled to see their roles and capacities within the team, while the team's and its members' interpersonal relationships, success criteria and leadership skills are evaluated. The aim is for members to find practical solutions they can reflect in their behavior within this system, and thus to develop themselves for the better — both within themselves and in their relationships with the outside world.
