Personnel below the management can benefit from the career support program with individual or group training. Individual programs are conducted like management programs. Group programs are conducted in groups of up to 12 people and in the form of two days of practical training after the termination of the employment contract. Participants who complete the training learn how to express themselves effectively during the interview period, how to write a CV in a professional format, interview techniques and active and passive job search methods.

 

All participants have the right to enter their information into the E&E Outplacement CV database. This database is constantly used by hundreds of Human Resources managers to search for employees and managers.
