Outplacement
What Is Outplacement, and How Does It Work in Turkey?
Outplacement is a career counseling service that supports and guides individuals who have had to leave their jobs for various reasons — such as workforce reduction, performance issues, plant closures, restructuring, or mergers and acquisitions — helping them reach the next point they want to achieve in their careers as quickly and easily as possible.
Organizations purchase this service for employees they have had to let go, both to support them as a socially responsible company and to protect their own image and business efficiency. On average, participants who receive this support find new jobs 50% faster.
E&E Group is the organization that introduced the concept of outplacement to Turkey in 1996. Between 1996 and 2022, it served as the sole authorized licensee of LHH/DBM Turkey, and since then it has continued this activity solely under the E&E Group name.
Together with its experienced career consultants, E&E Group has provided consultancy services to more than 50,000 participants and over 400 international and corporate companies. This program offered by E&E Group is the first and only one of its kind in Turkey in terms of its scope, methodology, and references. International outplacement standards are applied.
The program can be delivered to individuals at every level, from the most senior executive to blue-collar staff. It is provided individually at the executive level and in groups for staff below the executive level. Program durations may vary according to the budgets and needs of the organizations.
The content of the program varies according to the participant's goals — whether job seeking, starting a business, or retiring.
Programs can be delivered both face-to-face and online.
