Middle Management Leadership Is Hard
Middle-level leaders play a crucial role in translating the strategic priorities set by senior management into actionable plans across the organization. Leading at this level, under pressure from many directions, is not easy. Middle-level leaders must demonstrate a range of advanced leadership capabilities.
The aim of this program is to broaden middle managers' perspectives and skills and to help them master the path to becoming effective leaders ready to take on greater responsibilities.
