Workers from all sectors can benefit from the career support program through group training sessions. Groups of up to 12 people can take part in a one-day practical training session held after the termination of their employment contract. Participants who complete the training learn how to present themselves effectively during an interview, write a CV in a professional format, and master interview techniques as well as active and passive job search methods.

All participants have the right to enter their information into the E&E Outplacement CV bank. This databank is continuously used by hundreds of Human Resources managers to search for staff and executives.
