This personal data protection notice has been prepared under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 to set out the procedures and principles for processing, within the framework of privacy of personal life, the personal data submitted and processed for registration in the CV database established for the purpose of finding the Data Subject (as defined below) a new job, as well as any personal data obtained or processed during the provision of executive coaching, career support programmes, assistance in finding or establishing a new business, and various consultancy services (the "Services") to be provided by E&E Group (as defined below), and to obtain the Data Subject's explicit consent on these matters.

This notice has been prepared and addressed to the Data Subject by E ve E Yönetim Danışmanlığı Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., E ve E Eğitim Geliştirme Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş., E ve E Özel İstihdam Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., and E ve E Ölçme Değerlendirme Danışmanlık ve Ticaret A.Ş. (collectively, "E&E Group"). Under the Personal Data Protection Law, the Data Subject is the "owner of the personal data", while the relevant E&E Group company is the "data controller" and "data processor".

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. All information contained in identity documents, criminal record certificates, residence certificates, photographs, CVs, diplomas, documents indicating military service status, health reports, employment commencement declarations, employment termination declarations, monthly premium and service documents, family status declarations, disability reports, tax reduction letters, education certificates, and any other legal documents that may be required by E&E Group for the provision of the Services or for the future establishment of an employment contract and/or employment relationship, is considered personal data. By this notice, the Data Subject declares and undertakes that they give explicit consent to the processing, recording, storage and retention of their personal data by the relevant E&E Group company.

The relevant E&E Group company is responsible for ensuring that all operations performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, recording, retention and modification, are carried out in accordance with due procedure. The relevant E&E Group company may process the Data Subject's personal data in any manner, including collecting, recording, storing, retaining, modifying, reorganising, disclosing and transferring such data, in all cases that may be necessary in relation to the Services it provides, including but not limited to personalising training and programmes for those benefiting from services such as executive coaching and career support programmes, finding new job opportunities for those included in the CV pool, and improving service quality. The relevant E&E Group company shall comply with all applicable personal data protection legislation in force in the processing, transfer and disclosure of personal data under this notice.

The Data Subject acknowledges that the relevant E&E Group company shall retain both the Data Subject's own personal data and the personal data obtained by virtue of the nature of the Services, in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in the Personal Data Protection Law. The relevant E&E Group company may transfer the Data Subject's personal data, in line with the purpose of collection and processing, to its affiliates, subsidiaries and other third parties, and where necessary, to such third parties located abroad. Where the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law governing the transfer of personal data abroad require the data subject's separate consent and/or approval from the relevant institutions and organisations, the relevant E&E Group company shall obtain such consents and approvals.

The Data Subject consents to E&E Group taking photographs and video recordings within the scope of the Services provided, using them for promotional purposes and for creating portfolios, and in this context, to the processing of their personal data, including their image and voice, by the relevant E&E Group company.

The Data Subject gives explicit consent to the processing of their personal data under this notice and is aware that they may withdraw this consent at any time. The Data Subject is aware that they have the right to:
