Business Performance Analysis

The overall score takes into account all assessment types you have selected for this role. The weightings of all assessment types are calculated as specified in the Assessment Weighting section. These weightings are used to calculate the Total Job Suitability Percentage.

Suitability Interview Guide

The questions on the left are the recommended core suitability questions for each suitability factor. They are ranked from highest to lowest, with the traits that have the greatest impact at the top. The answer options on the right are to be scored by the interviewer by asking the interview question and applying the criteria specified in the "What to Expect..." section. To calculate the interview score and the overall score, enter these scores into the Harrison Assessments system at the end of the interview. If you print this report after entering the scores, it will display your scores for reference purposes.

Attracting the Candidate

This report helps you understand what matters most to the candidate so that you can persuade them to join your organisation. The best candidates typically receive multiple offers to consider. Use the "How to Attract" report to understand what is meaningful to Andrew, and highlight how your organisation can meet these expectations. Start with the Essential Factors, then continue with the Important Factors and Other Factors to Consider.

This section explains how to interpret your Harrison Paradox Report, using examples from your own report. It outlines the key principles and theories that will help you better understand your Paradoxical Strengths and potential obstacles.

Quantitative Critical Thinking

The Quantitative Critical Thinking (QCT) assessment is a combination of numerical reasoning, logic and verbal reasoning. The questions are designed to evaluate a person's ability to analyse quantitative information and apply the appropriate reasoning methods and skills to solve problems.
