This report provides training recommendations for attitudes, tendencies and behaviors. Specialized skills such as computer typing or computer skills are not considered. You may choose one or all of the following development suggestions for your current position, career development or personal development. Some of the suggestions and exercises for developing the skills may not be applicable in all situations and may need to be modified to suit your situation or institution. If you choose to work on more than one skill, it is recommended that you move on to the next one after completing work on one skill.
Managing, Developing and Ensuring Permanence
This report allows the individual's manager to better assess his or her strengths, neutralize his or her weaknesses, and reduce turnover by building a positive long-term relationship with the employee. The factors are grouped into Essential, Important, and Other Factors, allowing the manager to focus on the most important factors first.
Behavioral Success Analysis
This report compares your preferred behaviors and tendencies to the behaviors and tendencies of people who are successful in the Advertising Salesperson position. This comparison can provide you with valuable information to help you be more successful.
These behavioral success factors were determined through 30 years of extensive performance research.

Paradox Graph
This section explains how to interpret your Harrison Paradox Report with examples from your own report. It explains the basic principles and theories that will help you better understand your Paradoxical Strengths and potential obstacles.
Abstract and Keywords
This report provides keywords that describe the person. Keywords are divided into three columns: Strongest Traits, Strong Traits, and Very Strong Traits. Strongest Traits are traits that the person scores 10 out of 10 or 2 out of 10 or less. This indicates that the trait in question is extreme and therefore would be the person's strongest personal trait.
Features and Definitions
This report shows your preferences and tendencies. Pay special attention to the factors listed at the top and bottom of each section. The factors listed at the top are the ones that give you the most satisfaction. The factors listed at the bottom are the ones that give you the least satisfaction.
Loyalty and Career Satisfaction
Commitment is a combination of being fit for the job and meeting one’s career expectations. This report focuses on issues related to meeting expectations and should be considered in conjunction with the Job Performance Analysis (Suitability) report.
Behavioral Competency Analysis
This report identifies specific factors related to this Managing Conflict behavioral competency and shows how an employee's score on each of these factors impacts their success in this behavioral competency.
