At E ve E Management Consulting Services Ltd. Åžti. ("E VE E"), the privacy and security of your personal data are among our top priorities. In this regard, we present the following explanations to our valued customers and third-party visitors using our website, in order to fulfill our obligation of disclosure under Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698").

Our objective is to inform you clearly regarding the identity of the data controller, the methods of collecting personal data, purposes and methods of processing, legal grounds for data collection, the recipients of personal data, and the rights of data subjects.

This disclosure statement applies to individuals applying for jobs at E VE E, those seeking information about E VE E's products and services, individuals contacting E VE E via the website to submit requests, suggestions, or complaints, customers, prospective customers, suppliers, job applicants, former employees, subcontractors, and corporate client representatives.

1. What is the Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data?

To ensure the privacy of individuals' private lives and protect data that should not fall into the hands of third parties, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 on April 7, 2016, has been enacted. Our company is subject to this law, and all data processed in our business processes are considered personal data and protected by law.

E VE E takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful access to personal data and ensure its security, in accordance with the principles of privacy and fundamental rights and freedoms.

The collection of personal data is based on the following legal grounds outlined in KVKK:

  • Necessity for contract establishment or execution (Article 5/2.c)

  • Mandatory for fulfilling legal obligations of the data controller (Article 5/2.ç)

  • Essential for establishing, using, or protecting a legal right (Article 5/2.d)

  • Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate fundamental rights and freedoms (Article 5/2.f)

Personal data may be processed through online forms, call centers, emails, telephone communications, contracts, paper-based documents, or other automated/non-automated methods.

2. For What Purposes Do We Process and Use Personal Data?

Where permitted by law, E VE E may record, store, update, disclose, transfer, classify, and process your personal data for the following purposes under Articles 5/2.a, 5/2.c, 5/2.ç, 5/2.d, 5/2.f, and 6 of KVKK:

5. What Are Your Rights Under KVKK?

As per KVKK, you may request the following from E VE E regarding your personal data:

  • To obtain information regarding the processing of personal data

  • To learn the purpose of data processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose

  • To be informed about third parties to whom personal data is transferred

  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data

  • To object to any negative consequences arising from automated processing

  • To demand compensation in case of unlawful processing resulting in damage

Requests submitted to E VE E will be responded to within 30 days free of charge.

6. How Long Is Your Personal Data Retained?

In accordance with KVKK, if the legal grounds for data processing no longer exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized either upon request or by default. E VE E ensures compliance with data retention and deletion regulations under KVKK.
