OUTPLACEMENT
E&E has been active in outplacement and career consultancy services since 1996 as the exclusive licensee of DBM and is the leader in the market. The İstanbul office comprises a very competent group of Career Consultants who provide professional career enhancement and transition services to numerous international and large local companies.

All individuals who have involuntarily left their jobs because of workforce reduction, performance, factory closing, restructuring or mergers/acquisitions receive the same top quality career support to reach their next career destination in the fastest and easiest possible way. The outplacement program that E&E offers is the first and only one in Turkey, with its content, methodology and references.
METHODOLOGY
DBM makes sure that each of your employees-in-transition gets the right kind of help and benefit from a flexible, highly personalized combination of coaching and guidance from experienced consultants, support and advice from peers, and self-directed activities that capitalize on DBM’s wide range of job search tools and resources. This enables them to learn, practice, and apply the knowledge and skills needed to find the best position. Participants also benefit from the extensive experience that E&E Group has in recruitment. Participants planning to start their own business or retire, benefit from special support programs designed for them.
PROGRAMS
Individual Programs for Managers
The Executive Program focuses on providing the environment, support, guidance, tools and information that your managers need to uncover their next opportunity. The Executive Program is available as 1,3,6,9,12 month programs with different hours of one-on-one consultancy.
Group Programs for Non-Managers
Office personnel and factory workers can benefit from the support program through group trainings. Groups of 10-15 people attend a workshop right after the termination. The content of the program is similar to that of the Executive Program and the duration is 1-3 days depending on the level of the participants.
Starting a Business
Starting a business requires a total change of life and entails many risks. DBM’s entrepreneurship program is designed to help the participants understand this new life style and the dynamics of starting a business
Active Retirement Program
This program has been designed to facilitate the transition from a full-time career to a retired life, of people who have either retired or made the decision to retire. It entails a comprehensive self-assessment stage, similar to that in the Career Transition Programs. |
