Established in 1992, E&E Group is one of the leading Career Consulting Companies in Turkey who has specialized in career and transition consultancy as well as executive search and selection. The Company has collected the services it offers under the roof of E&E Group in 1999. E&E Group has served more than 300 leading local and multinational organizations and 11,000 individuals so far. E&E Group is based in İstanbul but works nationwide as needed. E&E Group has two partners, Kivanc Ersoz (founding partner) and Cihangir Erdem.

Executive Search
E&E has been active in executive search and selection since 1992 and is one of the leaders in the market. The İstanbul office comprises a very competent group of Recruitment Consultants who provide professional recruitment search services to numerous clients at all levels. All our consultants have considerable experience. We are dedicated to conducting comprehensive candidate searches, which are customized to meet each client’s specific hiring needs.
Outplacement
E&E has been active in outplacement and career consultancy services since 1996 as the exclusive licensee of DBM and is the leader in the market. The İstanbul office comprises a very competent group of Career Consultants who provide professional career enhancement and transition services to numerous international and large local companies.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching means different things to different people. At DBM, Executive Coaching means shortening executives’ time to competence in today’s increasingly demanding leadership roles.
