About Us
E&E Group was established in 1992 as an executive search company. E&E, is among the founders of the executive search industry and has always been among the leading executive search firms in Turkey.
Outplacement and executive coaching are the other business lines as separate companies who are collected under the name of E&E Group.
E&E Group client base is mostly multinational and big local organizations. E&E Group is based in Istanbul but works nationwide as needed. E&E Group has two partners, Kıvanç Ersoz (founding partner) and Cihangir Erdem.
E&E Group aims to contribute to the development of individuals and organizations.
