Candan Akkan works at E&E Group as the Assessment Director. She is a senior Executive Coach and Outplacement Consultant as well as Assessment Coaching in a multitude of sectors. She is a certified Harrison Assessments International Coach and Assessor.
Candan Akkan started her career as training specialist in Migros retail chain in 1995. During this period, she designed and presented soft skill based programs like “customer oriented behavior”, “communication”, “effective sales”, ”body language” and basic management trainings. Meanwhile, she managed projects with the vision of “work not only with body, work with your brain” to feed the relation between company and the human source. She then worked for Birmot (Tofaş).
By early 2005, she joined Adecco/Lee Hecht Harrison as a Senior Certified Career Consultant. This is the period that she focused on Assessment. In 2007, she had the Assessor Certification from Penna UK.
In 2008-2009 Candan worked in Vaillant Group mainly on talent management and organizational development when Vaillant and Demirdöküm were merging. She worked for the identification and provision processes of the management levels, talent pool and assessments. She also focused on cross-cultural awareness, communication and employee engagement.
After the merge of Lee Hecht Harrison and DBM, she started working for E&E Group in 2012. She started the Assessment Division. In the meantime, E&E Group became distributor of Harrison Assessment.
Graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Department of Theatre. She studied Human Resources at Istanbul University and at Koc Holding Training Center on “talent management”and “employee engagement”.
Candan also works for “Support of Contemporary Living Foundation” as a mentor.
